Care Delivery Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Acquire Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our clients in Oxford, while contributing to the growth and success of our company.
**Responsibilities:
- To coordinate care services, including medication management and quality assurance duties.
- To develop and implement operational practices to drive business growth and service expansion targets.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records for Clients and Care Workers.
- To conduct regular assessments and reviews of care packages, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
**Requirements:**
- NVQ/QCF level 3 in Care or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in home care, with knowledge of CQC Compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties and weekend shifts.
