About the Role

Care Support Specialists are essential members of our healthcare team, providing vital support to patients and colleagues alike. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a variety of settings, including acute hospitals and community trusts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
  • Assisting in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
  • Ensuring the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and well-being.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as an Acute HCSW in the UK within the last 2 years.
  • The ability to provide evidence of completing the Care Certificate or a relevant qualification.

Estimated Salary Range: £12 - £21 per hour.
