About the Role

You will work as part of a strong and cohesive nursing team, assisting with the delivery of care to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic, with excellent communication skills.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to prioritize tasks, contribute to the safe and efficient running of the ward/clinical area/department, and maintain the dignity and privacy of all patients and their families.

A comprehensive training and development program is available, including the National Competency Framework for Health Care Support Workers in Adult Critical Care at Supportive Level (Band 2). You will also receive ongoing support and appraisals to ensure your continued professional development.

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
