About the Role:

Oxford University Hospitals is seeking an experienced Children's Critical Care Services Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of PCCU and ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to critically ill children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the day-to-day operations of PCCU.
  • To lead and manage the nursing team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
  • To develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, including days, nights, and weekend shifts. You will have the opportunity to work across PCCU, Outreach and Retrieval services as negotiated between the post holder/Senior Nursing Team.
