Job Title: Children's Activity Manager

Oxford Active Limited seeks an experienced Children's Activity Manager to lead our holiday camps. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the running of various activities including sports, arts, drama, dance, and cooking.

This is a great opportunity to work with children and develop your leadership skills in a fun and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working with children in a play, educational, or sports environment. They should also have strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding children. A confident communication style and ability to build effective relationships with parents, staff, and children are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and oversee the running of various activities including sports, arts, drama, dance, and cooking.
  • Keep children safe in a stimulating and caring environment.
  • Prepare and implement the daily staff rota to ensure the camp is staffed at all times with a safe ratio of adults to children.
  • Ensure all staff are familiar with the daily routine and relevant camp policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Build effective relationships with parents, staff, and children.


Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
