Activity Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Activity Welfare Leader to join our team at BSC Education Ltd. As an Activity Welfare Leader, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a high-quality social programme of activities and excursions for Young Learner students.
About the RoleThis is a fixed-term summer contract position available during July 2025 – August 2025. The successful candidate will work 42 hours per week and receive a competitive weekly salary of £23,880 - £24,760, dependent on experience.
You will be based in Oxford and provided with accommodation and meals as part of your employment package.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children/teenagers, enthusiasm for summer school life, and enhanced DBS clearance.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate each student's dietary/religious needs.
- Manage unwell students and maintain medical records.
- Maintain high level of tidiness and collaborate with Housekeeping as necessary.
- Support students in settling into life in the centre and the UK, ensuring that they have the correct information regarding personal safety, centre rules and UK Law.
- Collaborate with the Welfare Manager to record accidents, issues or incidents and note action taken relating to student welfare.
- Carry out meal time, free time and night time supervision duties as required.
- Consult Risk Assessments before each activity.
