Job Title: Programme Manager

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on national averages for similar positions in the education sector.

We are seeking a confident and outgoing individual with a passion for working with young people. As the Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and leading the social and cultural programme for students attending our summer courses. You will ensure that all events run smoothly, provide an enriching experience, while prioritising safety and welfare.

This includes up to 10 hours per week of residential team duties such as morning registrations, meal time supervision, curfew checks and overnight phone duty. Your main responsibilities will involve leading and coordinating activities, trips and events, ensuring students have a positive and exceptional experience.
