About the Role

At Oxford Ice Rink Leisure Centre, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leisure Activity Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for people of all ages.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and enjoyable experience of our customers, while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and activity equipment setup.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide support to colleagues when needed.

About You

  • You will need to have excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting heavily with our customers.
  • Able to work flexibly and cover early, late, and weekend shifts.
