At Ultimate Activity, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Programme Coordinator to join our team. As an Early Years Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Early Years programme, ensuring that all activities and sessions are engaging, enjoyable, and meet the needs of our young participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of a fun and engaging programme for children aged 4-5 years old.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sports, arts, and crafts activities that cater to the needs of individual children.
- Direct and support a team of Early Years staff to ensure high-quality childcare is delivered at all times.
- Ensure all Ofsted requirements are met, and liaise with inspectors as necessary.
- Be the main point of contact for parents and guardians, providing regular updates and feedback.
Requirements:
- Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education.
- Significant experience working with children aged 4-5 years old.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
