Job Title: Early Years SENCo Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years SENCo Leader to join our team at Pegasus Primary School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that children with special educational needs receive the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement policies and procedures for identifying and assessing special educational needs in the Early Years
* Coordinate the provision of support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities in the Early Years
* Liaise closely with parents, outside agencies, and other professionals to ensure that the needs of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities are met
* Provide professional training and guidance to colleagues

Requirements:

* Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
