Join Our Team as an Early Years Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early Years Instructor at Ultimate Activity Camps. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality sports, art, and play activities to our Early Years children, ensuring their welfare and safety at all times.

About the Role

  • Deliver engaging and structured activities for children aged 4-5, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment.
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our young campers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with our Early Years Leader and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of activities and programs.
  • Contribute to the setup and maintenance of our Ultimate Activity Juniors provision, attending a Camp Induction Day to ensure a smooth start to the season.
  • Take on a pastoral role as a group leader, welcoming new children into your group and liaising with parents as necessary.
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of activity times, promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Recognize the diverse backgrounds and abilities of our children, adapting activities to meet their individual needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children aged 4-5 in a sport, art, or education setting.
  • Confident instructor able to adjust delivery and structure according to age and ability.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Desirable: experience working with Early Years aged children, delivering the EYFS, and holding a Paediatric First Aid qualification.
