Job Title: Early Years Lead

We are looking for an experienced and passionate educator to lead our team of childcare professionals at Active Camps.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging educational programs for children aged 4-5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs and interests of the children
  • Mentor and support colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • QTS or Level 3 early years or above qualification
  • At least 1 year's experience working/volunteering with children in a school, play, or another relevant environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, particularly with children
What We Offer:
  • £94 – £110 per day for 18-20 year olds
  • £124 – £140 per day for 21+ year olds
