Early Years Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Early Years Lead at Active Camps.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a group of 8 children aged 4-5 years old and contribute to their educational and personal development.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the needs and interests of the children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Assess and report on the progress of the children and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • QTS or Level 3 early years or above qualification
  • At least 1 year's experience working/volunteering with children in a school, play, or another relevant environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, particularly with children

  • Competitive daily rate: £94 – £110 for 18-20 year olds, £124 – £140 for 21+ year olds
