After School Club Deputy Manager Job Description

Job Title: After School and Holiday Program Coordinator
Location: Oxfordshire, UK
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week during term time (with the opportunity to work up to 40 hrs per week during our holiday clubs if desired)
Contract: Part Time

The ideal candidate will have experience working with large groups of children, be confident in leading a small team, reliable, and happy to support in other nearby locations if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing, directing, and assisting team members in their delivery of a safe and effective programme, ensuring a motivated and happy team.
  • Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more ensuring they are age appropriate.
  • Ensure that there is effective communication between your Club Manager, venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.
