The Resident Sports Graduate and Activities Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing sports and recreational programs, as well as coordinating extracurricular activities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: £28,000 - £35,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sports and recreation programs to cater to different age groups and interests.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure seamless integration of activities into the school curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sports management, education).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
