Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to the team
- Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
- Record customer issues and schedule maintenance requests
- Liaise with engineers and third-party contractors
- Process payments over the phone and generate quotes
- Assist with installation projects and oversee service visits
