Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
  3. Record customer issues and schedule maintenance requests
  4. Liaise with engineers and third-party contractors
  5. Process payments over the phone and generate quotes
  6. Assist with installation projects and oversee service visits
About the Role:

Our client is a leading provider of residential and commercial automation solutions. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
