Addiction Intervention Specialist for Children and Families

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Addiction Intervention Specialist for children and families in Oxfordshire. As part of Cranstoun's new Here4YOUth service, you will provide a range of tailored interventions with young people depending on their needs.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for managing a caseload of children and young people across South Oxfordshire, working closely with partner agencies to support them in achieving positive change.
- You will provide specialist assessments, care planning, and deliver evidence-based psychosocial brief and structured interventions through one-to-one appointments, groups, and online sessions.
- You will work with a trauma-informed approach, combining proven expertise in working with young people and substance use with innovative approaches to ensure the service is effective.
- It is essential that the successful candidate has a full driving license.
- This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, covering relevant barred lists.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.
