Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives while enjoying a flexible working schedule.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs. You will work closely with registered nurses to ensure that patients receive the best possible care, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being. As a Care Support Specialist, you will have the autonomy to choose your own shifts, allowing you to balance your personal and professional responsibilities.
The estimated salary for this role is £19,500 - £23,500 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including weekly pay, Blue Light Card discounts, and access to training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Ensure that patients are the prime focus when making decisions about their care and wellbeing.
