Care Support Role

We're looking for a motivated and empathetic Care Support Specialist to join our team in Oxford. As a Care Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and companionship to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with household duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Supporting safe mobility in and outside of the home
  • Companionship and running general errands, such as completing the weekly shop or collecting prescriptions

Requirements:

  • At least three months' care experience either in a professional or personal setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A driving licence and your own transport is essential
  • Good IT skills, as all of our systems are online
  • The right to work in the UK - please note we do not provide sponsorship or accept skilled worker visas

Salary:

£13.50 - £15 per hour, guaranteed hours

Estimated Salary: £29,440 - £31,400 per year based on 20 hours per week
