Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our team of care professionals in Oxfordshire. As Deputy Manager for Learning Disabilities Supported Living services, you will be responsible for assisting the management team with day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of adult social care principles. A salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum is offered to the successful applicant.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Deputy Manager or Senior Care Assistant with relevant experience
