Role Overview:

As the Senior Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the home operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of care. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Compliance: Ensure the home adheres to all relevant regulatory standards and policies, conducting regular audits and inspections to guarantee full compliance.
  • Care Plans: Write, implement, and review detailed care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met with compassion and precision.
  • Team Management: Lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. You will oversee staff training, ensure effective communication, and support day-to-day operations.
