Home Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced Peripatetic Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Peripatetic Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our care homes in the Home Counties, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead by example and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will work closely with our Regional Directors and Home Managers to provide operational support, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and manage budgets to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents and colleagues while having fun
- Provide high-quality personalized care in line with individual care plans
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and registration requirements
- Manage budgets and meet business objectives
Requirements
- A valid NMC PIN and previous management experience in a residential and nursing setting from a minimum of two different care homes
- Strong operational management experience and ability to travel extensively
- A current driving licence
What's On Offer?
The salary for this role is approximately £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a company car or car allowance, occupational sick pay after 12 months of service, and access to a contributory pension plan.
