The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Evening Care Assistant to join our team. As an Evening Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their end-of-day routines, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need to stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with medication administration, meal preparation, and personal care tasks
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction
- Support clients with household chores and maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.25 during the week and £13.25 on weekends
- Paid travel time at £11.44 per hour
- Bank Holiday pay rate of £24.50 per hour
- Mileage paid at 35p - 45p per mile
