**The Job:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Care Leadership Deputy Manager to join our team at Millers Grange in Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- LEADERSHIP AND CARE COORDINATION: You will provide inspirational leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high-quality pastoral care.
- RESIDENT FOCUSED CARE: You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it's vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions, and maintain the highest levels of governance.
**What We Offer:
