Senior Care Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our ExtraCare schemes in delivering high-quality care services. As a key member of our team, you will oversee a team of supervisors and care staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
This role involves managing multiple ExtraCare schemes, focusing on safe care delivery, accurate care plans, and risk assessments. You will collaborate with internal partners, including HR, Recruitment Advisor, and Quality Managers, to ensure the success of our programs.
Requirements- Must have experience in managing a CQC-regulated care service, such as Domiciliary Care, ExtraCare, or a Care Home.
- Registered Manager experience is beneficial, but this role may also suit an experienced Deputy Manager / Care Manager / Branch Manager with a good understanding of KLOEs.
- Qualified to QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership (or willing to work towards).
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £62,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
