About this Opportunity:

We're seeking a dedicated Care Services Associate to join our team in Oxford, supporting individuals in need and making a real difference in their lives.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in transporting elderly, sick and vulnerable service users to medical appointments and between healthcare facilities, using your skills and expertise to ensure safe and efficient transportation.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Transporting service users to and from medical appointments safely and on time
  • Lifting, securing and helping service users in and out of the ambulance with dignity and respect
  • Providing emotional support and assistance with challenging behaviour and/or mental health illnesses
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organized environment within the ambulance
Requirements:
  • A valid UK manual driving licence with less than 6 points and a good driving history
  • An enhanced DBS check (fully funded by us)
  • Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of public transport options
  • The ability to work flexible shifts and adjust to changing situations
