Paraplanner Role in Oxfordshire

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Associate to join our team at Service Care Solutions in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our financial advisory firm, you will conduct comprehensive financial analyses, manage client portfolios, and collaborate with Financial Planners in client meetings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and research to develop tailored planning recommendations, overseeing their implementation to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Review and manage client portfolios to guarantee alignment with established benchmarks, rebalancing as needed to maintain optimal portfolio health over time.
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Planners in client meetings to foster strong relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for any queries or concerns.
  • Analyse client information to produce detailed cash flow projections and scenarios using advanced financial planning tools.
  • Coordinate effectively with product providers and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and process execution.
Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar financial planning role is essential for this position.
  • A Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge across various financial planning areas, including investment management, pensions, tax, protection, and estate planning, is required.
  • You should possess excellent relationship-building skills, a client-focused approach, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in cash flow modelling, preferably with Voyant, and experience in handling complex financial planning for high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits to support your career growth and overall well-being.
