Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to join our team at SEND Inclusion Support. As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home environment provides the necessary support, fostering a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals.

This success is made possible through comprehensive approaches, addressing every facet of young people's developmental requirements. Overseeing day-to-day operations within the home and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards empowers young people to reclaim their childhoods and pave the way toward becoming well-rounded adults.


As a key member of our team, you will actively participate in new referrals, contributing to a home within the UK's leading provider of specialised education and care. In recognition of your dedication and hard work, we offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package in the care sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the home
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards
  • Actively participate in new referrals

Requirements:

  • Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home
  • Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • Full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months
