SEND Inclusion Support works in partnership with leading providers of Education and Care to children and young people across the UK. As a Registered Children's Home Manager, your role will be to ensure that the home environment provides the necessary support, fostering a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals.

Overseeing day-to-day operations within the home and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards empowers young people to reclaim their childhoods and pave the way toward becoming well-rounded adults. Actively participating in new referrals, you'll know that you are contributing to a home within the UK's leading provider of specialised education and care.

  1. Base salary of £45,203 - £64,827
  2. An annual bonus of 10% of your salary
  3. £250 per weekend on-call (approximately 8 times a year)
  4. Attendance allowance of up to £1,400 per year
  5. Long-term incentive bonus of up to 30% of your annual salary
  6. A comprehensive 4-week induction

  3. Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  4. Full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months
