Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations in our Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our young people.
  2. Lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in care and education.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to promote the well-being and development of our young individuals, aligning with our organization's values and mission.
  4. Collaborate with our education and care teams to provide a holistic approach to supporting our young people's needs.
  5. Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of care and education.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,203 - £64,827, plus an annual bonus of 10% of your salary.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including £250 per weekend on-call, attendance allowance of up to £1,400 per year, and a long-term incentive bonus of up to 30% of your annual salary.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
  • A dedicated and passionate leader with a drive to make a positive impact.
  • A Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • A full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months.
