Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Elderly and Dementia care home in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the home's operation, delivering high-quality care to residents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory bodies.

About the Role: As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of the home's operation, including staff management, budgeting, and quality assurance.
  • Delivering high-quality care to residents in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory bodies, including the CQC.
  • Building trusting and close relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
