Job Title: Home Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Care Outlook Ltd. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, toileting, and dressing
- Build relationships with clients and their families, promoting a sense of trust and respect
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- 12 months of care experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Own car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
