As a Residential Care Home Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high-quality housekeeping service to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our care home;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture;
  • Assisting residents with their daily needs and promoting their independence;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues promptly.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.67 per hour, which reflects the importance of this role in supporting the well-being of our residents. Our benefits package includes 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), comprehensive training, and opportunities for career development.
