About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Worker to join our team at Wellford Gardens, a luxury new build residential care home in Oxford. As a Shift Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic person-centred care to support residents with their daily needs
• Assist residents with maintaining high standards of personal care, including intimate care and hygiene
• Ensure the security and safety of the building at night, adhering to Trust policies
• Conduct headcounts of residents during night checks as prescribed in Trust policy
• Administer medication in accordance with policies
• Support residents in developing and reviewing their personal wellbeing plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Perform domestic chores throughout the night when all care-related activity has been completed
• Escort residents to appointments as required
