Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our team and support students with speech, language, and communication needs.

In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide individualised therapy to students with a variety of communication challenges, including speech delays, language disorders, and developmental difficulties.

You will develop and implement tailored therapy plans, using evidence-based strategies to enhance students' communication skills and promote academic success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist and have experience working with children in an educational setting.

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a compassionate and patient approach to supporting students' growth.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
