About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at StartMonday, supporting children and young people with their daily needs and helping them achieve positive outcomes in all aspects of their lives.

The successful candidate will have a life-changing impact on the quality of life, safety, and outcomes of vulnerable children who are in care. You will be responsible for providing direct care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children and young people with their daily routines, including personal care, meals, and activities
  • Encouraging independence and promoting positive behaviors
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contributing to a safe and supportive living environment
