Child Development Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Support Specialist to join our team at JCC Greater Boston. In this role, you will work with children and their families to provide support and services that promote healthy development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children with Behavioral, Mental, Emotional, or Social Health (BMESH) needs
- Work closely with families to develop and implement personalized support plans
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
- Experience working with children and families in a support capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
