Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team at our specialist children's home near Folkestone. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the children and young people in all aspects of their care, including daily living skills, education, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide direct care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities
  • To develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of each child or young person
  • To work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to care

Requirements: We are looking for an experienced and qualified Residential Support Worker who is passionate about working with children and young people with learning disabilities. You should have a strong understanding of the principles of person-centered care and be able to work effectively as part of a team. A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
