Job Description
This exciting role as a support worker within our residential care service will play a pivotal part in enhancing the lives of children and young people. You will work closely with our clients, supporting them to manage their day-to-day tasks and activities, and helping them to overcome their challenges. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and stable environment that allows our clients to feel safe and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- SUPPORTING CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DAY-TO-DAY TASKS AND ACTIVITIES
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND GOALS
- HELPING CLIENTS TO DEVELOP NEW SKILLS AND INDEPENDENCE
