Residential Youth Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Youth Worker to join our team at our specialist children's home near Folkestone. As a Residential Youth Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the children and young people in all aspects of their care, including daily living skills, education, and personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of each child or young person
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to care
