Dover Residential Team Leader

This role involves supervising our residential team in Dover, providing support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the residential team in Dover
  • Allocate shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Order medication and manage finances

We require a Senior Support Worker with a Level 3 in Health & Social Care and previous experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential service and providing excellent support to our service users.
