Voyage Care is a leading provider of residential care services, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Dover.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and friendly team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and enhancements. Our benefits package includes enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, and access to Wagestream.

About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the management team with day-to-day tasks, including allocating shifts and booking training. You will also work closely with colleagues to ensure that the people we support receive high-quality care and support.

Requirements
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
