We are seeking an experienced Children and Young People Lead Specialist to join our team in Tower Hamlets. As a key member of our community centre, you will oversee Family Stay and Play sessions for under-fives, ensuring a focus on co-production.

The successful candidate will expand activities in our well-equipped sensory room and develop new youth initiatives. They will also support and mentor our Under 5's Co-ordinator and Youth Worker.

This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience managing projects involving children and young people. The successful candidate will have skills in delivering engaging youth activities and managing group dynamics.
