Job Title

At Recruit 2 Success, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Childrens Services Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated group of professionals in providing exceptional care and support to children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 37.5 hours per week and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service provision. They will promote our organization's ethos as an activity-based organization and ensure that health and safety guidelines are adhered to.

We offer a competitive salary package including £54,500 per annum plus £1,500 on-call allowance and potential Outstanding Ofsted bonus of £2,500. Additional benefits include private medical care, private optical, dental, and audiological cover, and free access to EAP, employee Health Assured Programme.
