Job Description:

A recently awarded £65m project is about to get underway, requiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Initially at ECI stage, the project will move into construction phase, involving both civils and build works for a major facility. The project will be executed under NEC Option C, with the successful candidate working closely with the Lead Commercial Manager to oversee key packages of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial activities on a large-scale infrastructure project
  • Collaborate with the Lead Commercial Manager to ensure effective project delivery
  • Monitor and manage project costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
