Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager in preparing for contract reviews and representing the organisation in service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships within the home.
  • Ensure the appropriate number and skill mix of staff on duty at any given time, in line with company protocol and service user needs.
  • Implement and monitor the Person Centred Approach to care within the home.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 or willingness to work towards.Excellent track record in a senior role within the healthcare sector.Understanding of learning disabilities, epilepsy, and sensory processing issues.Passion for improving clinical quality and care.Strong leadership skills.
