Job Title:
Creative Support is a leading not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality, person-centred support to vulnerable individuals in Tower Hamlets and Bromley.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a proactive and well-organised individual passionate about working in the not-for-profit sector.
  • You will plan and co-ordinate staff training and recruitment for our services, and occasionally assist in planning and implementing client activities.
  • You will also help with operational matters when required.

Requirements:
  • Well organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and IT skills (especially Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • A good standard of verbal and written English is essential.
  • Approachable with a warm and helpful telephone manner.
  • A genuine interest in the care and support of vulnerable people and a commitment to diversity is essential.

Working Arrangements:
  • Whilst based in Tower Hamlets, you will be expected to travel across both Tower Hamlets and Bromley as required.
  • All our services are easily reached by underground/DLR.
  • Working hours are generally within the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday but must be worked flexibly when needed by the organisation.

Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
