Care Coordinator for Vulnerable Adults

Creative Support Careers is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults in maintaining their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. This role requires calmness, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to support individuals with various care needs.
The successful candidate will have well-developed skills in positive communication and engagement, with the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for our service users. You will work alongside members of the individual's circle of support to empower them to achieve their life goals.
We offer flexible hours and working patterns, with a salary range of approximately $50,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our local provider employs over 100 staff members, offering a diverse and supportive work environment.
