Job Title: Vulnerable Care Advocate

 

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Vulnerable Care Advocate, supporting individuals with complex needs and vulnerabilities.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others, promoting their safety, dignity, and well-being.

You will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues, service users, and families to develop and implement personalized support plans, addressing individual needs and goals.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for service users' rights and interests
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
