Responsibilities and Requirements:

This SEN Teaching Assistant role requires the ability to provide therapeutic care, education, and residential services to vulnerable young individuals. The ideal candidate will have the right to work in the UK, a valid driving license, and access to a car. Additionally, they must meet GSL's safer recruitment background checks and possess a Child Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.

The successful candidate will assist teachers in managing classroom behavior, challenge and support students' progress, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding. A competitive salary of £77-£90 per day and a long-term, full-time contract are offered.
